Multiple ways to unlock

If the batteries are flat, the lock can be powered temporarily through the USB-C emergency power input, and mechanical keys are included as a backup.

Suitable for doors 35mm to 50mm thick with a 60mm to 70mm backset and a door-to-frame gap of 5mm or more.

This smart deadbolt is built for people who want more control at the door. Whether you are coming home with groceries, managing guest entry, or giving family members their own access method, it helps reduce the friction of keys while keeping entry options practical.

It also supports up to 9 administrator records, up to 100 fingerprint records, and up to 200 combined fingerprint, password and card records, making it suitable for more than just single-user entry.

Set it and let it lock

Auto lock helps reduce the chance of the door being left unsecured. When you need easy flow in and out, passage mode keeps the door unlocked until you manually lock it again.

Manage access from the app

Create temporary passcodes for guests, review access activity, and respond to unlock requests through the app. This is especially useful for shared homes, managed properties and short-stay accommodation.

Compatibility and setup

The lock uses 4 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries and supports the Connect SmartHome app on Android 6.0 and later, and iOS 11.0 and later. Wi-Fi setup requires a 2.4GHz network.

It is suitable for compatible Australian doors. Installation is possible on compatible setups, though some users may prefer professional installation for the best fit and alignment.

This model does not have an IP rating, so it should be installed in a sheltered location away from direct exposure to rain and similar weather.

Will it work with my door and Wi-Fi?

It is designed for compatible Australian doors with a thickness of 35mm to 50mm, a 60mm to 70mm backset, and a 5mm or greater gap between the door and frame. App pairing requires a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Can I install it outside?

This lock does not have an IP rating, so it is best installed in a sheltered position. If the batteries run flat, you can use a USB-C power source temporarily and still keep the included mechanical keys as a backup.
